Geosolving developed and applied an innovative methodology to assess the geothermal potential to be extracted from the subsoil through the activation of the new Turin Metro Line 2 (28 km) tunnels’ concrete lining and diaphrgram walls.
Geosolving is glad to be involved in the project for the construction of the new learning center of the Politecnico di Torino. Site investigation and geotechnical characterization are the main tasks that are being now addressed thanks to Geosolving expertise.

First data recorded by the wireless sensor network (4 biaxial inclinometer and 4 displacement transducers) installed in the building in via Buonarroti, Torino. The system will control continuously the deformation of the building. Additional information on the works page.

On the 8th of January 2018, the sensors installed along the monitoring section in Cogne (Ao) have identified an avalanche. The monitoring system has immediately activated the alarm, closing traffic on the road and sending appropriate information to the surveillance personnel.
